Parent and Business Sponsorship and Tribute Ads

The RRHS Theatre Booster Club is a non-profit organization made up of parents of RRHS theatre students. The club directly supports the Round Rock High School Theatre Program. Throughout the year, the club fundraises to provide essential theatre department and student needs such as props, costumes, performance rights and educational opportunities for the performers and crew. 

This Year’s Musical: Pippin

The biggest event of the school year for the theatre department is the annual January musical production. The Directors and students are already preparing for this year’s musical –  Pippin. Performances will take place January 28-31, 2026 at the Stony Point H.S. Performing Arts Center. The Booster Club produces the official souvenir playbill for the musical, a professionally printed full-color 8.5” x 5.5” magazine. (See example of last year’s Playbill from Something Rotten below.)

Pippin Sponsorships

We offer sponsorships at varying levels that include benefits like advertising space in the playbill, tickets to the show, recognition on our website and on the official musical t-shirts.


Sponsorship Levels

PRODUCER – $1000

  • Full-page (7.75”H x 4.75”W) ad inside souvenir playbill
  • 4 tickets to a performance of Pippin
  • Recognition on the RRHS Theatre Booster Club website and Facebook page
  • Business logo printed on official Pippin t-shirt (sold at performances)

DIRECTOR’S CIRCLE – $500

  • Half-page (3.875”H x 4.75”W) ad inside souvenir playbill
  • Recognition on RRHS Theatre Booster Club website and Facebook page
  • Business logo printed on official Pippin t-shirt (sold at performances)

STAGE MANAGER – $250

  • Quarter page  (3.875”H x 2.375””W) ad inside souvenir playbill
  • Recognition on RRHS Theatre Booster Club website and Facebook page
  • Business logo printed on official Pippin t-shirt (sold at performances)

Playbill ads are due by December 20, 2025.  


Pippin Tribute Ads

Parents have traditionally used playbill tribute ads to congratulate their student performer or the entire cast and crew with a shout-out. Parents can provide predesigned tributes or provide the booster club with the photos and text and we can design them . Tributes are due by December 20, 2025.

PRINCIPAL – $100

  • Half-page (3.875”H x 4.75”W) ad inside souvenir playbill

SUPPORTING CAST – $75

  • Quarter Page (size is 3.875” high x 2.375” wide)  ad inside souvenir playbill

ENSEMBLE – $50

  • Eighth Page (size is 1.95″ high x 2.375” wide)  ad inside souvenir playbill

Pippin Silent Auction

The silent auction is held online and live during all Pippin performances and we are looking for donations! 

In the past we have had business products and services, stays at vacation rentals, themed baskets and tickets to a local concert or play. We are happy to arrange for pick up or delivery of items if needed. Auction donations are considered “in-kind” donations and are tax deductible!  

Silent Auction donors are also recognized in the souvenir Playbill! Donate by December 31, 2025 to receive Playbill recognition!.
